Maximum delivery times:

The maximum delivery period within Germany in the case of advance payment (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal etc.) is 8 working days (Sundays and national holidays excluded) after the buyer has given the payment order to the transferring bank. If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered, the maximum delivery period is 5 working days (Sundays and state holidays excluded) after conclusion of the contract.

The maximum delivery period to the other countries that can be selected during the ordering process is 10 working days (Sundays and public holidays excepted) after the buyer has given the payment order to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal etc.). If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered as a payment option, the maximum delivery period shall be 7 working days (Sundays and officially recognised public holidays excepted) after conclusion of the contract.

Delivery periods for custom-made products will be agreed separately with the buyer.

Delivery restrictions:

We only deliver to the countries that can be selected in the order process. Delivery to other countries is excluded.
