I cordially invite you – as a gallery owner, artist and curator of many years together at the HEITSCH GALLERY.

Together with the artists with whom I have developed a shared vision over three decades, I am opening the doors of our gallery in Munich one last time for an indefinite period.

At the turn of the year, I will be moving to Asia, and in 2026 there will no longer be a regular exhibition program on site. HEITSCH GALLERY is transforming into the holding company HEART – a combination of HEITSCH and ART. My focus will now be increasingly on projects in Asia, particularly in India and Bali. And yet: HEITSCH GALLERY will continue to exist – online, with a physical presence, and internationally networked, together with the artists who will continue to be part of future projects.

On Friday, November 28th, we will be presenting, in an intimate setting, the distinctive, iconic imagery of Jim Avignon, the color-intensive, spatially vibrant compositions of Antonio Marra, the meditative sculptural objects of Dirk Salz, the light-filled works of Christiane Grimm, and Ralf Schmerberg, an artist from the very beginning, who will present his film INDARELLA – an homage to India – in the royal palaces of Rajasthan in February 2026. These artworks will be complemented by selected pieces from Eike König, Marco Casentini, Jürgen Paas, Roland Helmer, Anke Eilergerhard, MARCK – and by my own works, which I will be exhibiting. For the first time, I will be showing new paintings created in Bali and India in the spring of 2025, where light, color, and space intersect with spirituality.
